BERTO System

is composed by a rigid transparent plexiglass slab of a shape suitable to overcome the standard size of the models: it is parallel to the occlusal plane and anchored to a support so that it can slide vertically inside the articulator. The support flows in a vertical guide fixed to the side of the articulator at the bottom, allowing the plexiglass slab to move on the lower model.
If you look at the slab, notice that the support can rotate 180° and it fits into the vertical guide fixed at the top of the articulator, perfectly aligned with the lower one, allowing vertical movement on the upper model.
The slab always maintains the same trim and freedom of movement only vertically compared to the models in the articulator.
It is possible to modify and lock the inclination of the plate having the front edge of the plate as its fulcrum.
It is possible to fix the support insertion stop in the upper and lower guides. The plate may be applied or removed with a quick coupling.

it will be possible to adapt the transparent plate to the occlusal wax, draw the anatomical references of the lower and upper model with different colored markers with a simple interpretation of the relationship between the crests, always having a simple and fast way the control of the position of the teeth during the assembly.

BERTO’S fixing supports are available for every kind of articulator on the market.
These supports will be fixed in front of the anchoring bases of the models, and they will be aligned with each other. On the side of the articulator the vertical guide with quick mechanism is hooked to the fixing support.
The plexiglass plate is anchored to the support with a rapid system so that it can be easily replaced.
